I was one of those people. I battled fear of recurrence for many years.

I held back my career. I held back starting a family. I held back living my life because I feared a recurrence.

While somberly unloading the dishwasher, I wondered if I was going to live in fear for the rest of my life.

This led me on the path to learn about the process of change, the subconscious mind and the nervous system.

It’s a HABITUAL ANTICIPATION of CANCER RETURNING.

That future where your worst case scenario is played out doesn’t exist. Except in your mind.

But your feelings are very real and you experience mental anguish and suffering every time you anticipate cancer returning.

The heaviness, dread and anxiety is there from the moment you wake up to the time you fall asleep.

And that’s because your mind and nervous system is trapped in a self-enforcing loop.

It’s a thought habit that leaves you becoming a shell of the person you were before.

Anticipating a recurrence keeps you looking out for clues that cancer is coming back and keeps you hyper-vigilant.

Anticipating the worst case scenario keeps your nervous system in fight-or-flight mode.

Your primitive brain does all this because it’s number one job is to keep you alive - even at the expense of your emotional wellbeing.

Month 1 : REVEAL

In the first phase of our coaching session we’ll deep dive into your subconscious mind and discover what your thought patterns are that’s driving your fear of recurrence. I help you reveal the darkness by shining a light on your fears. Awareness is key to transformation.

Month 2 : SOOTHE

In Month 2 I take you through exercises to break the cycle of trigger - thought- fight/flight response using Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping on meridian points). This practice of soothing your nervous system while thinking about your most painful thoughts about a cancer recurrence is a form of exposure therapy and is very effective at stopping the triggers FAST.

Month 3 : REPROGRAM

In the last phase of the program, we will be clearing the way to reprogram your mind with new and empowering beliefs about your life. We’ll be time travelling in your mind using a powerful technique called TIME LINE (Time Integration for Maximum Empowerment) THERAPY. First, we have to clear the mental and emotional blocks from the past. This technique allows you to release negative emotions that have been built up over the years and allows you to re-write the past without having to re-live painful memories. Once we’ve cleared the blocks, we can then move on to the exciting part of manifesting your future by installing memories in your future timeline so they can feel like it’s not just probable but inevitable!

  • We meet once a week over zoom for each session and expect to achieve results in 3 months
